Coming Home to Yourself
When a conversation gets hard, your body often moves faster than your words. This is a short exercise for those moments: notice where you are, settle yourself when you're flooded, and come back steady and regulated. Nothing you enter stays anywhere but your own device. Use it before a difficult conversation, any time you feel knocked off center, or whenever you need to return to yourself.
This is a self-guided practice, not therapy, and not a substitute for care.
