About Me:

I hold an MSW from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Mental Health and Interpersonal Practice and a specialization in Integrated Health. I completed graduate training and a post-graduate fellowship at the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry where I was trained in evidenced-based practices including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) Family Focused Therapy (FFT) and Gottman Method Couples Counseling.
